Jigsaw is a free, non-judgemental and confidential mental health support service for young people. The service provides mental health information, guidance and support for young people who are going through a difficult or distressing time and to those concerned about them. This service is currently available on-line, by phone and by text nationally.
Target Group: Young people aged 12 – 25 years, parents, and those who work with young people.
How to access: Direct contact with Jigsaw by a). using the Ask Jigsaw facility on the Jigsaw web-site to send a question for a response; b). arranging a one-to-one web-chat (Jigsaw Live Chat); c).registering for one of the group chats (Jigsaw Live portal) and d). getting in touch with a Jigsaw clinician by phone, text or e-mail to request a return support call .
