As part of the TETB’s training services programme, Local Training Initiatives (LTIs) are project-based training and work experience programmes carried out in the local community and run by local community groups throughout Tipperary. - ‘Making Connections’ Level 3, run by the Waterford & South Tipperary Community Youth Services
