MOVE Ireland (Men Overcoming Violence) is a voluntary organisation which works to address domestic abuse against women. Its primary aim is to promote the safety and wellbeing of women and their children who have experienced or are experiencing violence and abuse in their intimate relationships. MOVE runs the CHOICES programme which affords the men who are accepted onto the programme the opportunity of one to one sessions before, during & prior to finishing the programme as well as group work covering different topics. It is a rolling programme allowing men to join at any time, once accepted. As part of the programme, support is offered to partners and ex- partners of men accepted onto the programme.
Target Group: Men who want to address their own domestically abusive behaviour.
