Eligibility: The Information service is open to learners on TETB (Tipperary Education & Training Board) Adult Education programmes and the general public.

The Adult Learning Service is a confidential basic adult education service for those whose skills range from very low-level literacy and language skills to those who want to improve their basic skills.

Adult Mental Health services are community-based and organized as Community Mental Health Teams (CMHTs) providing mental health assessment, interventions, treatment and outreach support services, which meet the needs of individuals in terms of their age, location and specialist care requirements. In the North of the county, there are two CMHTs, one based in Nenagh and one based in Thurles: in the South of the county there are three such CMHTs, one based in Cashel and two based in Clonmel.

Aiséirí Residential Centre is a residential treatment centre for adults with acute addiction issues (gambling, alcohol, and substance misuse) and their families.
Treatment incurs a cost which in certain circumstances may be subsidised by HSE or Probation service, if the referral is made by either of those agencies.
Target Group: Adults, aged 21 years and upwards, in need of treatment
Referral: Self-referral; probation service referral; and HSE and GP referral.

Aislinn Adolescent Addiction Centre provides residential treatment for young people with acute addiction issues (gambling, alcohol and substance misuse). A range of therapies are employed in the treatment as appropriate. A weekly Family Day to support and to involve the families in the recovery is an integral part of the programme. There are also weekend residential family programmes offered.

Alcoholics Anonymous Ireland offers peer support to people who want to address a personal problem with alcohol addiction. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking. AA meetings are held locally on a regular basis, usually once or twice a week, primarily to offer peer support.

ASD Special Classes cater for the needs of children with Autism who are of school going age and are attached to mainstream and special schools.
The pupil-teacher ratio in these classes is 6:1 and pupils are further supported by a minimum of two Special Needs Assistants per class.
